Ronnie and wife Gerdina from Holland decided to return to Ireland for another Pike fishing holiday but this time stayed with Kevin and Jane at Melview Lodge in Longford. Kevin said they were both experienced anglers when it came to Pike fishing. They caught most fish using lures, but also managed to catch some using dead bait and jerk baiting methods. They both lost some big fish during their stay here, but I’m sure they will return to catch the ones that got away.
