Belgian Pike and Coarse Anglers do well at Melview Fishing Lodge
Jean-Pierre was once again on one of his many visits to Melview Fishing Lodge in Longford. Joining him was son Nick and long-time family friend Alain. All three of them are no strangers to Melview Lodge as they normally make the trip two or sometimes 3 times a year but due to Covid restrictions were unable to make the trips like many others.
During their recent trip they took full advantage of their time back in Ireland and said it was great to be back fishing here once again. J.P was out catching Pike while son Nick and friend Alain were coarse fishing. JP had some great Pike to 1.05m while Nick and Alain had some good catches of Bream, Hybrids and Roach. They are now looking forward to coming again for the winter Pike fishing, see you again soon.
All fish returned unharmed.
